Tickets for The Admirable Crichton

Ticket price: $20

Tickets are available (Mar 3) on-line using PayPal. Tickets may also be purchased in person at B&H Your Community Grocer - 301 Rideau St, Kemptville, starting Saturday 9:00a (April 15). Any remaining tickets will be available at the door 1 hour before show time (cash only). See the instructions below for on-line tickets.

Our 2023 production of The Admirable Crichton runs on Wed May 24 (7:30), Thu May 25 (7:30), Fri May 26 (7:30), Sat May 27 (7:30), and Sun May 28 (2:00). The show is at the Urbandale Theatre, North Grenville Municipal Centre.

Doors open 30 minutes ahead of the curtain time.

All tickets are general admission only (open seating) on a first come first seated basis.

Please present your printed ticket at the ticket table. For tickets purchased on-line, present your proof of purchase (step 9 of on-line tickets instructions below). Proof of purchase can be either printed or the PDF displayed on your cell phone.

We will abide by whatever CoVid protocols are current on the date of the performance. We anticipate the protocols will NOT require you to wear your masks indoors, although you may do so if you wish.

1. 1. The link on-line using PayPal takes you to the TicketAssistant web page.
    
2. 2. Click on the green button for the performance you want to attend, e.g. "Sat evening".
    
3. 3. Select the number of seats you want.
   All performances are open seating (first come first seated) also called General Admission ["Section: General"].
   Click the green button "Proceed>>".
    
4. 4. Complete the form (last name, first name, phone, email, and click in the Checkbox to agree to terms and conditions). You can opt to be added to our mailing list. You can add a note if you have mobility issues or require assistance to get to your seat.
   Click the green button "Buy these tickets>>".
    
5. 5. Complete the survey (2 quick questions) or click "Skip Survey". When you have completed the survey click "Save and Continue".
    
6. 6. You can add a donation if you wish.
   Click the yellow button "Buy Now".
    
7. 7. You will be redirected to the secure website for PayPal. Note the tickets are sold by Kemptville Players Inc. which is our legal name, doing business as NGCT.
   Select the method of payment (PayPal or major credit card)
   Click the blue button "Pay Now";
   or at the very bottom "Cancel and return to Kemptville Players Inc."
    
8. 8. You will see a screen from PayPal confirming the purchase. You will also be sent a receipt from PayPal. The charge on your PayPal account (or credit card) will be shown as "PAYPAL KEMPTVILLEP" (meaning Kemptville Players Inc).
   Click on the button "Return to Merchant".
    
9. 9. The TicketAssistant web page will show the list of tickets that you have purchased. You will receive an email with the ticket information (see step 11). If you choose to print this page, you can select to print a hard copy on your local printer, or Save as PDF.
    
10. 10. When you are finished, you can close the browser window or use the browser BACK arrow to return to this page.
     
11. 11. Check your email. You should now see three new emails:
    •   a) service@intl.paypal.com Receipt for Your Payment to Kemptville Players Inc
    •   b) noreply@tktassist.com KPI:Order Complete - nnn:Name
      where nnn is the order number, and Name is your Last name, First name.
    •   c) noreply@tktassist.com NGCT Theatre Order Confirmation - order#nnn
      This is same as printing the ticket from step 9.
    
     
12. 12. When you come to the theatre, please bring either (a) printed page from step 9, or (b) the second email "KPI:Order Complete" (printed copy, or on your smartphone). The person at the ticket table needs to check your order number, name and number of tickets you have purchased.
    Order number nnn is printed on bottom of ticket from step 9 as "20yymmddHHMMSS-nnn-Ax-yy".
